That's crazy because I was just pricing the same thing at our local Costco about a month ago and I think it was half that price.

I was at Costco today, Prime Brisket was $4.98 a pound. Sams Club still has Prime for $2.98 a pound. I did by some TriTip for the weekend

I bought 2 prime Briskets at Costco a few weeks ago, they were $2.98lb, froze them for later.

Wow! I have always had better luck when cooking choice briskets over prime. Might need to continue down the choice path if prime will continue to be $9+ per pound.

Almost as bad as the price is the notice on the sticker that says that thing is blade tenderized!!! Yikes!
