I did this once many many moons ago on the BGE. And decided to try it this morning on The Bull. Since I'm "working from home" due to the current situation, I can do things like this.

Brown sugar, cayenne pepper, thick sliced bacon, and 350 degrees.

Expert Grill All-Purpose Grill Mats. I think 5 bucks for a 2 pack at Walmart.
