Pellets and Storage

I try not to have too many open bags at a time. Every now and then I'll try something new however. When I store outside the original bag I use 6-gallon buckets from Academy Sports with their swivel lids and put enough of the bag in the bucket to know what's in it. They're a bit pricey but I only have two and they make excellent seats by the smoker. I also have one Kingsford charcoal storage bin but looks like I need to start watching it closely to make sure it isn't ready to fall apart thanks to Bob's caution.
