Overnight Pork Butt No Wrap, Flame Out – Suggestions?

I started an overnight, no wrap, pork butt last night at midnight. It stalled around 10am. I increased from temp from super low 180 to 225, but then I had a flame out. Last night I added Knotty Wood pellets on top of my Bear Mountain and I believe the long pellets of Knotty Wood caused my auger to get jammed. So it sat with no flame for about 20 minutes plus the time it took for me to clean out the RT 590 and put in Bear Mountain in, then restart. My question, since the 8 lb pork butt dropped temp from around 170 to 120 during this process, should I wrap it and keep going? Or let it ride. Recent photo attached.
