That’s funny stuff! I put mine on backwards when I built it. I quickly realized I was wrong. The issue was changed within the hour.I believe that grill belongs to the famous Spanish bullfighter Jose Ramirez Delgado de Los Torreros (aka ”El Recteqo”).

That may be it! IIRC, “El Recteqo” was only about 5’3” tall.I can think of a reason to do that....
If you're under a certain height - standing center grill and opening the grill will get you a burnt forearm.
Horns out you can stand at the corner and pop the lid open without burning yourself.
