I’m two ....... got a chicken going right now for tomorrow’s noodles and will be putting a brisket on this evening for an overnight cook. I bet that there will be thousands going in the next few hours!

I just got my 700 a few days ago and smoked a 10 lb ham. Awesome grill/smoker

I’ve had the Stampede since Thanksgiving and it keeps making me look like a pro. The temperature control is awesome and I really like the smoke flavor when I want it, and the ability to reduce it when I don’t. All I need is for the temp alarms and alerts to work........ then it will be perfect!

I confess , at the start of the thread I had a brisket and 2 turkey breast roasts in.

I dropped a pizza on the Stampede yesterday about 20 minutes after this thread opened....today (Christmas Day) will be a ham with glaze and scalloped potatoes....and tomorrow a butt. Taking advantage of this Midwest “heat wave” while it lasts.
