Matador No gas flow

trying to do the initial cook on my matador. Not getting any gas flow. Spoke with Ray and he said could be a bad regulator. Any other suggestions.

I mean if the valve is open,and propane coming coming out,thats the 2nd place to start,after you verify you have propane anyways

Are you using the adapter hose for the large tanks? If so, It could be something to do with it. I received my new Matador yesterday and was going to season it, using a 20 lb tank and could not get any gas flow. I tried some other adapter hoses that I have for my camping setup and it worked fine. I am calling them today to see if I can get another hose.
