Well after 7 months I've finally got the grill to connect to wifi and can use the app. 2 slabs of BB ribs with a couple of store bought rubs. Lumber Jack hickory pellets at 225°

Decided to wrap both. Once they hit 165° wrapped them with some honey, butter and brown sugar. Turned the grill up to 250°. Will pull em off at 190° get em out of the wrap and but them back on until 195-200.

Tuned out good from what my wife and FIL said. I still have no taste from getting covid. 1st time using butcher paper. Liked the finish product better than when using foil.
