First, Happy Father's Day y'all. My dad passed away from that stupid disease called cancer a few years ago. Enjoy them while you have them!
I'm Jon Greene from Tulsa, OK. My wife purchased me an RT-1250 for Father's Day. It was delivered and I got it set up on Wednesday. I did the burn-in on Thursday and cooked up a couple of packs of bacon and chicken wings (my store didn't have any chicken thighs with the skin on.). I took the wings up to 210°F and they were juicy and delicious! I cooked the bacon until it was crispy and, well, it didn't last long.
Today I'm trying a chuck roast from wally world. We will see how it turns out.
