New to Rec Teq and Pellet

Hello from North DFW Texas. Got a RT-680 from a neighbor who was throwing it out because “the electrical was shot”. I think he was just saying that because he wanted a new smoker, because I got it up and running. Held at 275 for a bit then at 400 for a bit.

Looking forward to Rec Teq and pellet smoking.
