I spent about a month researching coolers. I wanted one large enough to fit a half sheet pan. I also particularly looked for one that mentioned keeping things warm, which the Nurxiovo, (the one I finally purchased) did. I am hoping it doesn't warp since the Amazon ad, (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B08Z73SQZP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) specifically mentioned keeping things warm. It is definitely solidly built. I wish there were solid handles but everything else seems great. First brisket going into it in about 25 minutes.

The cook turned out great, (my 2nd brisket). I used the tallow method when wrapping the brisket. The cooler also worked well. After letting the brisket rest in open air for an hour, (wrapped) I placed it in the cooler for an additional 3 hours. It was still warm when it came out and there was no warping or disfiguring to the cooler. I did have the brisket wrapped in butcher paper, a towel, and resting on a 1/2 sheet pan, in the cooler.
