Hi All. After much research i decided on a Recteq RT-590 Stampede grill. Biggest issue was that they are not sold in the UK but
factoring the shipping and tax it still offered great value compared to other brands currently available this side of the Atlantic.

The market here is mainly Traeger or Traeger and they are top dollar.

I have had the 590 for around a year but not used as much as i would id have liked so hoping to rectify this in 2022

Thanks

Damn, it's sort of like the Beattles....in reverse. Congrats on introducing your neighborhood to a new flavor sensation. Even here, I have had neighbors walk by smelling the mild and pleasant smoke and say, "I wish I was invited."

I'd be interested in some UK grill/smoker recipes, for sure...I'd like to see your take on some food!
