For the grates I think having separate ones is just easier to handle and does not seem to be any issues when using.

I ordered mine last week and they called me on Monday for delivery. I was shocked it only took a couple of days to get here. Now I have to find time to put it together and clean up the old pellet grill and put it on facebook marketplace. Of course the wife is going to kill me because I'm looking at replacing my stick burner now.

My Bull is getting the state tour of NC. Estes is 20 minutes away, but it handing of to a last mile residential carrier an hour in the opposite direction (if my Google skills are accurate)... Looks like Chic-Fil-A this weekend.
