Started it up yesterday at about 20*F and it took the fan quite awhile to get up to speed and once it started smoking it made thick smoke for quite awhile. After all that everything was normal. Guess I'll keep it in our semi heated garage and roll it outside to grill.
 
I keep in the garage. Started up mine up in 35 degrees
Got it up to 400 in 15 minutes. I'm making a cover out of a carbon fiber welding blanket.
 
I definitely will.
Today rolled TB out of garage. Outside temp 36. Got to 225 in 9 minutes (takes freaking 25 minutes on my bullseye to do that on a warm day :( ).

Feed rate is 30 and was using Rectec pellets.
