Yesterday Momma hosted a Department Dinner Party
She wanted Smoked Babyback ..... so I smoked six racks of Babyback Ribs:

Three of the six racks, just as they are .... no Sauce or Glaze:

She also had me smoke a few different Cheeses for starters and I made Homemade (sugarfree, Maple Syrup sweetened) Chocolate Ice Cream for dessert
Again .... no pics of Ice Cream .... it's just that sinful


Tonight .... four whole Chickens

I really need to order that rack. Wish I would have done it when I ordered the grill.
