Merry Christmas to All

Merry Christmas all.

Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the house
Everyone was sleeping, even my spouse
The smoker was smoking, and being tended with care
In hopes that this brisket would finally make it there
While the children were nestled all snug in their beds
I grabbed another beer, with visions of BBQ inside my head
And while wiping my brow, with my kerchief to put on my cap
I had just settled in for a mid winter grill, and to have a quick nap

Well done 👍

Grateful to God for on this day He gave the world His son Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace!

Merry Christmas to all, wishing you and yours the very best!!

Merry Christmas to all! I haven't posted photos in a while. Been busy moving, downsizing, but still grilling! Son is home from school, so I have been cooking for him! Smashburgers Friday night, then Shrimp and Chicken Hibachi on the Blackstone yesterday.

I always cook Christmas breakfast, mostly pancakes etc, however today I cooked a full English breakfast on the Blackstone including, Bangers, Back Bacon, White Pudding, Black pudding, tomatoes, eggs and beans! It was awesome! I would highly recommend giving it a try!

Then to top it off our son wanted tenderloin we cooked at Easter. So I bought a prime Tenderloin from our local butcher and cooked it the same as the recipe I have posted at Easter.

I smoked it on the 590 for 1.5 hours, then seared it on the Bullseye. Wow, it was awesome. Had plenty for us and sent enough for 5 meals for him when he returns to school!

Again, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all, which I will be cooking a pork tenderloin on the Bullseye and maybe a Chuck Flap Roast.

That’s my favorite cut of beef! It looks perfectly cooked. I can almost taste it through my iPad.
Honestly the grill does the work and all of you who have helped me over the last couple of years. I know I probably cooked it a little too much for some of you, but the fam likes it medium!
