Having family over today for memorial day weekend. 6 slabs of ribs on the smoker. 3 St Louis and 3 Babyback. 4 on the Recteq and 2 on the WSM. Hope everyone has a great Weekend and memorial day!

Straight through. 195 for half of em for bite through then taking the other half up to around 203° because my wife likes em fall of the bone

I picked up a rack of baby backs today to cook tomorrow doing the 3-2-1 as well
Also cooking a whole chicken on my firepit rotisserie and wings on my blackstone, can’t wait.

I'll be doing breakfast on the griddle outside then smash burgers for lunch and chicken quarters smoked on the kettle for dinner tomorrow myself

Rack of baby back on at 10 am. 3-2-1 method
Chicken on the Rotisserie at 11 am. Stuffed with Lemon, garlic, and seasoning. First time doing this, hoping for good results.

I’m so jealous. I had to revert back to my Weber for our baby backs as my 590 was damaged on arrival. I can’t wait to get my new grill!

I’ve only had my RT700 for about a month. Memorial Weekend was my first rib smoke and it turned out great! I went fool proof and did the 3-2-1 method.
