I’m trying something different tonight on the Wyldside. I’m very happy with the results I’ve been getting with chicken and fruit on the Wyldside rotisserie, tonight I’m experimenting with hanging food from the meat hooks. I’ve just started the fire, Fogo Quebracho lump charcoal with ash wood cut from my property. I will be hanging a whole chicken in addition to the pineapple. I’ll also be cooking a side (probably Mustard Greens) in a skillet off to the side on the grates. Stay tuned!
