I went with fireblack same company
But it’s going to turn black so I like the cleaner look.
I used the 7/8” wide 1/8” on the left and right
And 7/8” wide 1/4” top and bottom
I have 0 smoke leak
The wide is nice, it give a little room for errors.

Most of us with 700's use the

LavaLock High-Temp Vision Grill Replacement Gasket​

Can't see why that wouldn't work for you.

This is 1/4" thick and soft enough to conform to any un-evenness plus the difference in thickness between barrel and end caps. No leaks for me! I had enough left over to also do the underside of the hopper lid, to help keep moister out of my pellets.
