Kitchen shears for spatchcock

I've heard about spatchcock turkeys and chickens now for a long while and think I want to give it a try. Though honestly I'm not sure how much better it can be over my current cajun smoked turkey

That said I'm in the market for a really good set of kitchen shears. Looking around I've come across these Shun Kitchen Shears that looks pretty nice, at least in terms of the reviews.

What brand shears do you guys use?

Cut through the bones to do this spatchcock turkey like a knife through butter.

Proof that I'm a wimp. Our 20 lb turkey on 2019 was no easy chore. Chickens, yeah.
