Good afternoon everyone - new to me owner of a sweet RT-1250. Did a lot of research and thankful I found a mint condition RT-1250 while on a business trip to bring home. Doing a little bit of cleaning then re-seasoning. My wife has a gluten allergy, or else I would have cooked on it as it was. Looking forward to doing another burn in and first round of chicken thighs this week. Cheers - Ray
