Bull Intermittent Pellet Feed Failure

Over the last couple of days I have intermittent issues with pellets not feeding (Bear Mountain BBQ FB99 All-Natural Hardwood Smoky Gourmet Blend) . When I empty the hopper and put a couple of cups of pellets back in it starts up fine. Anyone else have this problem? Auger motor issue? Pellet issue? Haven't called RT yet, I'm sure they'll help me out, just wondering if anyone else has come across this. Thanks for any feedback.
