If you happen to live near a Publix, it might just be "Rib Time". This week, at least in Evans, GA area, my Publix is having a BOGO St. Louis rib sale. Downside, they are frozen, but upside, they are Swift, and not Smithfield, per my butcher. I think it is time...

You're right, and I forgot that. They also had two standing rib roasts for the same price. I also forgot, they had brisket flats for $2.00 off a pound -- I think $6.49.

I would appreciate that. We go to Charleston, SC a lot and I cook while we are there. Publix is my go-to for groceries (and alcohol!).
