Joined several months ago but really never got logged on due to a near fatal acc. But one eye Nickel Nelson also smoking 37 Buick roadmaster is back yes retired Vietnam vet
Been smokin since 11 yrs old on a western auto wagon box BBQ with a adjustable fire box w rotisserie, right next to several apple trees to get fresh twigs to add for smokin.

Previous research pellet BBQ's for 5 yrs purchased one and used for 8 yrs highest temp 352 out of 450 great smoker but that's it NO customer service for an extend life warranty but nothing from company.
Got smokin and researched Recteq, had nephew purchase rt590 8 yrs ago he uses daily, loves it and still like new; bought a rt1250 for son 6 yrs ago he uses daily, loves it and still works like new, so based on all the above I am now a Proud owner of a RT1200 Dual Fire in July 2024, Yes Recteq's support in ordering setting up was meticulous and phenomenal But as mentioned above, 4 moth medical delay but now smokin ready.
