Hello from SETX

I just found this forum and thought I'd join for more knowledge of grilling/ smoking with my RecTec's.

My history involves the dark days of gas and the northeast form of bbq. I moved to Texas 5 years ago and that started my enlightenment period. Fast forward to last year when I committed to buying a RecTec Stampede. My family has not been the same since. So much so, we scored a gen 2 bullseye and it's added so much more to our cooking capabilities.

Anyway, I hope to learn a lot from y'all!
