Hello all,
I bought the RT-590 during the Black Friday sale and will be picking it up this coming Saturday. I'm a newbie when it come to pellet grills and haven't done a lot of smoking in general, mostly in a vertical gas smoker. I do look forward to learning about pellet grill smoking, grilling, and baking, and attempting some of the recipes I see in the Recteq videos and here on the forum. Seems like there are a lot of knowledgeable folks here that will lend a hand. I plan to add my own external shelf based of some posts here, and add the seals to the grill. I play golf and build, or maybe I should say assemble\adjust my own clubs, so I love to tinker with things, and seems like the grill is one more thing to tinker with.
I look forward to participating on the forum and hopefully in the coming years I can pass on some useful knowledge to someone else.
