Hi All,

I've entered the world of pellet smoking (and smoking in general) with a new RT-700 which arrived just in time for Father's Day!

Welcome aboard. You have a headstart on getting it dirty!

A couple of things to keep in mind:
- All pellet grills need more frequent cleaning than other cookers. Be sure to keep on top of it for best results.
- Take care to keep food over the drip pan whenever possible. Don't place food up to the edge of the grates or drippings will wind up in the barrel, which you don't want.

Thanks, that's some good advice.
