Bull Grease diverter

I know I’ve seen it pictured on here and spoken about but i am having the hardest time trying to find some kind of detailed images and description on the grease diverter mod.
I had the 36in carpet trim strip and was looking to do that mod help with grease but really am not 100% on all the details of doing mod and with this piece.

I know I'm almost 2 years late to the party.. lol. But are these the same measurements as the one Chad Peterson sells?
