Every time someone says that pellet-poopers are 'cheating' I just say "Yeah, you babysit yours all night... I'll be sleeping"

I couldn't agree more @wildblue. I love being able to put food on the grill, go do something around the yard/house or even have a beer and not babysit the grill.

I’ve always subscribed to the work smarter not harder theory. Getting good sleep instead of tending a charcoal fire is superior knowledge of the game in my book!!
