Doing 2 racks. One will be dry-rub and the other will be glazed. Can't wait!

Let us know what you think of the WF ribs.
Personally, I love them. I’ve gone almost entirely to WF for my meat needs. I have a WF whole chicken on the RT-340 right now, and it’s not the first one I’ve bought from them. In the past 6 weeks, I’ve ordered a brisket, outside skirt steak, pichana, tri-tip, chuck roast, Chorizo, 3 types of tube sausage, lobster tail, chickens, chicken wings, bacon, and a Berkshire ham. We haven’t eaten one of everything yet, but everything we have tried has been excellent quality and prices competitive, if not lower, than Meijer or Costco.

So, the ribs were amazing. I just love this new 1250! (except for the freaking cover!)

As for WF, that's pretty much where I get all my protein products. They just opened a new store in Frisco, TX, where I live - I love going in there, but it's like crack! Spend wayyyy too much money!
