Rubs Go to rub recipes

Was using Memphis dust for all pork but tried this one from Hey Grill Hey for BB ribs and now prefer it. Haven't tried it on a butt as yet.

1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons Kosher salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

For beef/briskets just S&P.

For chicken it's Grill Mates Montreal Chicken or nothing at all.
Agree 100% Grill mates chicken Montreal is the bomb.
Spog for beef and a sweet rub for anything pork are my go too's
 
Ohh, not a rub recipe, but for steaks this is the best I've ever had in my life and all my family friends seem to agree.
Urban Accents Chicago Steak and Chop.
I season nice 1.5" filet mignon cuts, vac seal, sous vide at 131°F for 90 minutes or whatever go time needs to be then sear with my torch.
I say welcome to heaven on earth.

Pastrami Rub

2 tbsp whole Black peppercorns
2 tbsp fresh coarsely ground fresh pepper
1 tbsp whole coriander seeds
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp whole mustard seed
1/2 tsp mustard powder

take the whole seeds and smash them up and mix with the powdered ingredients.
