Tonight’s dinner on the Stampede. Cooked for 8 1/2 hours and rested for 1 hour.

Got my Stampede today at 1130 Est. Put together, did the initial burn in, then made the best chicken our family ever had. Used rectec bloody mary on one, rectec freakin greek. Both amazing! Grill made my job easy.

Smoked my first ever baby back ribs ... room for improvement but not bad for my first rack and first smoke on my new RT590!

New Bull Owner and I am cooking everything I can get my hands on in my grill!!! I love it!!! Thank you Rec Tec for making a great product.
Quarantine cooking the Rec Tec way!!! Started grilling today by making croutons for the salad (Spicy and garlic).. if you are eating a salad you might as well do it in style!!! Lol??
Then after that I made sugar cookies, bread pudding and boozy brownies! #HOPE # COMMUNITY STRONG. # WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER # HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!❤️????????

The inaugural cook on my new RT-340 (Pics attached).

We started off with some smoked boudin & boudin stuffed jalepenos, and then finished it off with some chicken fajitas in celebration of Cinco de Mayo.

My entry is an entire meal cooked on the Bull:

And the smoked fillets looked like this:

They were smoked at 225 for a couple hours until they hit 128F internally:

And the allowed to rest under foil where they peaked at around 132F before coming back down to 123F or so. Meanwhile, I reconfigured the Bull and cranked it up to 450 to start cooking the sliced, seasoned sweet potatoes, the asparagus, and the garlic toast:

And then finally a 90-second per side sear on the griddle in a little grape seed oil:

What a giveaway! These cooks look so delicious . I'd love to see you guys add your recipe / cooking method for them in our Recipes forum!
