Put on a frozen 10 lb brisket i put it in the sink put it under warm water to get the vacuum seal bag off (it’s frozen to it)once out run warm water over the brisket that thaws out just enough exterior meat so the rub can stick I’m a salt and pepper man. put it on 225-250 add a couple hours.
it’s actually juicier then a thawed one oh fat side down hotter below the above on a pellet grill.My offset wood burner I run fat side up hotter on top
