Beef Found Roast, Need Ideas

Hi, everyone! I just found a Manhattan Strip Roast in one of my freezers today. At the risk of sounding like a completely questionable person, I will tell you that I don’t know exactly what this cut of meat is or how it got into my freezer.

Can anyone please give me ideas as to what you would do with this newly found gem?

Theories as to how it got into my freezer are also welcome.

I hate it when stuff randomly shows up in my freezer. Smoke tube usually has something to do with it.
