Does anyone have trouble with it warping? I was new to pellet grill and recteq and i cooked one time and it warped. I called and finally we talking into sending a new one. Will this continue to be a problem because of non quality metal. I am trying to find a welder that can maybe help with some re-enforcements to help so it may not warp???

On my TB340, it was warped about 1 inch. I did not contact RecTeq until it warped too much and lifted the drain pan. They replaced it under warranty. The new one has a little warping also but not as bad, So I will keep an eye on it.

Rectec should have the crimps running diagonally and it would help deter the warping.

Mine was warping so I replaced it with the smoke daddy HD. Still experimenting with the chambers and wood chunks but at least I don’t have to worry about it warping.
