My first Recteq. We went with the RT-1200. This thing is beautiful. Now to figure out the dual fire. Do I use the smaller direct heat side for regular grilling (less smoke) like burgers, dogs and chicken? My first smoke was awesome, two pork butts. Turned out amazing.

I'm still trying to talk the wife into letting me upgrade my RT-700 to something bigger. She's not onboard yet.
