The baby backs are an hour and a half into the cook. The kids will be here for lunch.

Baby backs 3-2-1 method should be done about noon. I have a friend who has a brother that is general manager of the JBS hog plant here in tow I get boxes of 18.
 
Brisket Flat, Spare Ribs with the Tips for burnt ends.
"Tuscon Twinkies" on the grill closer to serving time.

American Wagyu Tenderloin Steak from D'artagnan that my daughter sent me for Father's day. Oh my. Melt in your mouth!

Reverse sear on the recteq @225 until 115 then seared on the flat side of GrillGrates on the Weber. Heffer Dust.

I've never done this before, but I actually got a slice of bread to soak up the juice LOL
