  1. Bullseye
Just burned in my bullseye 380 and there is a coating of dust all over the Interior how should I clean it.

Shop vac. Be careful. The dust/ash can also be greasy. It will clog any filter on any vacuum. Shop vac filters are usually outside of the collection bag.

Once you start to get some buildup in the cooker after a few cooks, the dust (ash) will stick to it instead and you can scrape it off. Vacuuming a pellet cooker is pretty standard. IMO, still easier maintenance than a greaser gasser pan, drip cup. I can clean my bullseye in less than 10 mins now. I use an old Shark vacuum that has since been retired from household use. But they make/sell dedicated ash vacs too.

I would leave some ash below the flame defector, it helps catch grease. I dont get alot of ash using the RT Ultimate blend.
