Just got another email from RecTeq touting all their accessories. I looked to see how much the new drip pan liners were just to see if they were worth it and noticed they don't list a size for the RT590? WTF, only if you buy one of the new models I guess? SMH

Just weird that they didn’t mention it in the email?

Heavy duty aluminum foil is a great alternative if they are out of stock. Make sure to buy a brand name and try to keep the temps below 350F or it may try to melt on you. YMMV.

Like SmokeZilla said, wide heavy duty Reynolds aluminum foil works. I used that for a couple of years then just went with just pulling the pan out and using a putty knife to scrape the gunk into a trash can. Actually less messy than the foil.

Thanks guys, that’s exactly what hat I use. I was just curious how much the drip pan liners were and thought it was strange that RecTeq seems to only aim its marketing at the newer models when there are so many of us still with RT 590s or even RT700s.

It’s the new money, old money has been spent.

Isn't the new deckboss 590 pretty much a match for the OG 590?
