Some folks on the forum have used this company that makes custom-made covers. I haven’t used them personally, but they seem to have a good reputation and cost doesn’t sound prohibitive for what you get.

I don’t have a covers and all cover for my Bull w/smokebox, but if I were to buy a new cover for it to replace the OEM POS I trashed, that would be the one. I have a custom cover from them for my wyldside, and I love it. Four years old now and it still looks like new. Definitely a place where you get what you pay for.

I have two of their covers. One is on my Weber Summit, and the other is on a fire pit. As Greg said, they are excellent products.

Have a new cover on the way from Recteq. They cover it under warranty. And l know over time it's hard to get on and off. Has any tried adding a zipper to the cover when it's new?

FYI, the latest Recteq covers (I don't know about the smokebox ones) now come with a zipper. So far no issues with the new one I purchased last year.

I’m not in the market for a cover for anything now (the benefit of having a small airplane hanger to store grills), but that is great news if the RT-700 (and similar) grills with the smokebox had an OEM cover option with a zipper. The covers for these covers can be nearly impossible to take on/off without a zipper.

Just install the new cover with zipper on and when on easy all l can. Had two zippers add to it one at each end on the front side on the cover.
