Choice rib roast suggestions

I just picked up a rib roast and am looking for the best way to prepare it. Thanks.
 
I tie it up for a more even shape, dry brine with salt overnight, then lightly coat with olive oil, hit it generously with Penzey’s English Prime Rib Rub, (low in salt) then roast in my Bull at 235 until desired doneness. No sear before or after. Always tuns out great.
