Just took took 2 chicken’s off the smoker. They look great . Big smoke this weekend.

Yes, going to give it a workout Saturday. Going to smoke Turkey and prime rib. Can l smoke them at the same time if so what temp?

I can't say I've done them at the same time. The challenge may be finding a temperature that works for both. For the roast I start at 225 and stay there. Turkeys I start real low for a couple hours and then crank up to finish. If it is a small turkey, you could stay low all the way. That will make the skin a toss-away. You just have to be careful to get the turkey above 140 degrees in four hours for safe eating.
 
Think l am going to go with masterbuild for the Turkey and stampede for the prime rib.
