Smoked some chicken quarters up for MLK day. Probe went out half way through the cook. Chicken came out really delicious and with a quick call to support I have a new probe on the way. Surprised they were open.

Just my opinion but their probes are garbage.

I don't use my original probes since I purchased a MEATER plus. It is accurate and easy to use. Larger shaft diameter is of no concern for me. The app is easy to set and use. Also gives you ambient temp adjacent to the meat. Over a year now of use and no failures.
