Can the Bullseye handle it?

Grill(s) owned
  1. Bullseye
  2. Stampede
After eyeballing my new Stampede 590, I dont think 2 spatchcock turkeys will fit at 12 lbs each. But anything is possible. Now has anyone cooked one in the Bullseye with good success? Likely 275 for 3-4 hrs is my plan as of now. Or is the Bullseye just the wrong grill for this cook? Thoughts?

Place a drip pan under birdie if you use the Bullseye 🎯

I did my trukey sectioned on my 590 @ 350. Came out great. With a drip pan on the 380 you should be fine.
