Bullseye Bullseye temp problems....any ideas?

I hear ya, have not had the problem. For a really long, fatty cook I would have to. This brisket did not give me any issues with grease.
Your firepot gasket is probably in good shape. I had leaks after cooking ribs for about four hours.

You know that the Bullseye doesn't have Wi-Fi so it can't connect to the app to monitor or change any settings.
There never was a drip pan for the Bullseye. It's main purpose is to get hot and grill. While you can cook low and slow that's not it's main purpose. It's a Kettle Grill on steroids'.

The only time I use a drip pan is with a Boston butt. Have not yet cooked a brisket. I'm a noob to pellet grills.
