So i just ordered a Bullseye that’ll be here Tuesday and wanted to know if it’s good to put a seal on the pellet lid to help with moisture getting in? And would lavalock be good enough to use for that too? (Even if it’s not making it completely air tight)
Also The grill will have a cover on it but be outside on a deck.

Lavalock would be good for, that, but I seriously doubt it is needed. I never sealed the pellet hopper on my Bullseye and I’ve never had an issue, even though there have been plenty of times it has been rained on without the cover.
Ok that’s good to know.
I didn’t want to do rubber seal since i figured that would lock moisture in and figured lavalock will allow it to still breathe.
But i might just leave it alone now
