Bullseye Bullseye is a decent pizza oven!

Second cook on my new Bullseye and I decided to make pizza to test the riot mode. Put the pizza stone on the grate and set to riot. About 15mins it is holding 749f. I let the stone heat for another 15 mins. We made the dough and sauce yesterday and we were ready. Assembled the pizza and slid onto stone and bam in under 3mins we had a perfect pizza!

Watch out on the stone. Some are only rated to 450 and will crack/shatter. I only do mine at 400 on my stone.

I agree! I am using a Thermarite stone that will handle any heat.

These look pretty bad ass. Wish it had handles on it though so you didn't need a peel to get it off the grill.

If you are looking for a stone that has handles and is rated to 900 degrees I can recommend this one. Also it cleans up easily.
