The front of my 380 is consistently 50 or more degrees hotter that the sides or rear. Vents are clean and fire pot is clean, not sure what else to try. Any ideas?

I took a look at the firebox find this gap where it is uneven. It made me wonder if that is the problem. Before I took that Pic, the front of the grill warmed almost 80 degrees faster. After I saw this, I plugged up the gap with some foil and heated it up again. The temps stayed within 20 degrees.

Or, it warped...meaning the material they make the firepot with isn't made or designed for high temps.
