  1. Stampede
Ingredients:

6 oz. finely chopped smoked brisket

1 package of Egg Roll Wrappers Friedas or Nasoya

1 cup grated cheese (I like to use 4 blend of cheese)

1 cup finely diced sweet onion (sauté for 3-4 minutes)

To assemble:
Lay each eggroll wrapper flat. Add 1 T brisket, 2 t. onion and 2 t cheese to the center of each wrapper. Leave at least a 1/2-inch border around the edges of the wrapper. Using your finger, moisten the top portion of the wrapper with water.

Starting at the bottom, fold the lower portion of the egg roll wrapper over the brisket filling. Tuck in each of the sides. Continue rolling up from the bottom. Press to seal the moistened wrapper. Turn over to keep the seal at the bottom.

Place on a sheet or parchment paper and cover with plastic wrap. Repeat until all appetizers are complete.

At this point you can place in the freezer until frozen and then vacuum seal or bake.

To bake, spray egg roll wrapper with oil.

Air fry at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes flipping once. Remove and place on paper towels, serve with BBQ sauce or Steak sauce for dipping.

Notes: You can also add mushrooms and green peppers

You can also bake in your smoker, fry or bake in the oven.

We make these a lot. Use pulled pork too. they’re called redneck egg rolls around here.
