Bullseye Brisket advice

Brown County, across the river from Maysville Ky. I later moved north and lived in the Columbus, Oh area. We raced mostly at Brown County Speedway and Glen Este Speedway in Cincinnati. I have a picture of me in one of the cars, this on is of the driver in the #73 Ford. Sometime early ‘70s.

Small world! In my younger days, I was involved with sprinters, super modifieds and “hardtops” on the West Coast. Mostly on dirt. Our favorite tracks were Calistoga and Vallejo. Oops…forgot to mention sports cars, hence the fascination with Ferraris or anything that goes fast.

And, I have long been a competitive skeet shooter. Started when I was in the military and it has carried over until now.

Then, of course, there’s the common interest we all share of grilling and smoking; plus, I do make a pretty good, and authentic, Jambalaya.
